Many people who use it believe that it can make the muscle build up fast. Yes that may be true but it does not start in that way only. Not only does it contribute to muscle growth, it could also be very vital in having a shorter recovery time after an intense workout.

People think that muscle supplements are dangerous and are illegal. The Olympics and the FIFA may have banned its use to give fair play to the athletes but that does not mean they are prohibited for all human consumption. These supplements have harmful effects only when they are not taken in correct dosages. Those who have experienced side effects may have increased their dosage in the belief that it could double their muscle build up in a shorter period of time. Before using it, we should be aware of the prescribed dosage and follow it religiously.

Muscle supplements will not become effective unless it is accompanied by proper exercise and the regular intake of nutritious foods. It should not be over used and must always be prescribed by a physician before their usage.
